Remote Control TS

Any idea why I wouldn't be able to Remote Control a TS session even though
Remote Control is enabled in AD? I'm running TS in Admin mode and getting
an Error 31 that says "A device attached to the system is not functioning".
Can't find anything concrete on MS site.
 
Are you getting the error 31 when you attempt to remote control a session or is it poping up other times?
