Remote control of PC

Can any one tell me how to control my home computer from
my office computer through the internet? I've heard it
can be done with XP but I'me having trouble finding info.
 
I guess you're trying to do it without any 3rd party software?
There are freebees out there. Also things like pcAnywhere. All work
great.
