I work for a small manufacturing company. We are running
Windows 2000 Server. We have no in-house IT department.
Upon reading a manual that came with our server. I came
across the Remote Control tool, featured in Windows 2000
Server. I want to use this feature similair to, how PC
Anyway is used, to connect to another computer and see
their desktop from my computer. In an effort to instruct
and/or troubleshoot. I feel I have followed the
instuctions, in regards to setting these features up. Yet,
I still cannot seem to connect to another computer, from
my station. I am logged-on as the admin. Some of the error
messages I am receiving are: Computer may be busy!!
Seesion (ID-2) Remote Control Failed!! Error 2 The system
cannot find the file specifed. Please help!!! Thank You!!!

This only works with Server 2003 & XP Pro clients. You can logon to your 2000 Server via Remote Desktop and remote control (shadow) any RDP Sessions on this server, but you can't remote control an XP Pro Desktop from a 2000 Session

You can use Remote assistance to remotely assist XP Pro desktops
