Remote control computers within the same network

Hi,

I am using Windows XP prpfessional edition at work. How can I remotely
control another computer within the same network (that computer uses windows
2000 professional edition)?

I have pcanywhere installed. It works good when I am away from my network.
However when I am at work and login the network, I am thinking there are some
better solutions for remote control. I don't like web-based remote access
solution at work.

Any help is appreciated.
