Remote Control and MS Anti-Spywareq

If someone could pass one observation on to Microsoft perhaps they could
take a look at one issue I see with this software while in a remote session.
I have seen this same issue with Giant, as well as CounterSpy which is a
clone of this software. When installing and running this software over a
remote control session, the icon in the system tray multiplies itself many
times over. As they do multiply, simply running the mouse over them seems
to make them disappear. It looks rather unprofessional to the clients as
they see this happening while I am working on their systems. The other issue
I see is in the Advanced Tools System Explorer. While in a remote session
I can not change views in System Explorer. I have to exit back to the Advanced
Tools page, go back into System Explorer then I can access another item.
These two issues are only apparent while connected to the workstation during
a remote session. The particular software I use to connect to our clients
is Instant Support Suite Pro by LanDesk, but I suspect it will behave the
same way with any remote software.

Same thing happens with pcAnywhere. Runs slow too.

It may not be connected solely with remote connection. I have had the
original Giant A-S on my XP SP2 machine for over a month and whenever I
start an app, another icon appear in the tray. Giant A-S hooks into the
shell execute and checks each app as it starts up. Whatever routine is
being called to do the check is apparently creating an icon each time it
starts, but doesn't refresh the tray when it finishes.
