When I try to accept an invitation from someone requesting remote assistance, I get a message that says, "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved." Any suggestions on what I need to do? Thanks!

This problem occurs when the person making the request is behind a
NAT-based router. There is nothing that needs to be done on your end.

The remote user needs to forward TCP Port 3389 in their router (see
documentation for the router for this information) and they need to
visit http://checkip.dyndns.org/ to get their public internet address.
Finally, the invitation file must be edited to remove the computer
name and replace it with the public internet address you got above.
(See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300692
and edit the RCTICKET Section)
