Hi,

I work in 2 different sites. In Toronto and Oakville. During the week, I
work in Oakville and access the Master Server at Toronto site. But, when I'm
in Toronto on the weekend, I can't remote access my computer in Oakville from
the Master Server. Remote Connection works from one end but not the other!
What has to be set up from either end?

Thanks!

what's the error? Can you telnet port 3389?

Hi Robert,

I get the following error message:

REMOTE DESKTOP DISCONNECTIONED:
The specified remote computer could not be found. Verify that you have typed
the computer name or IP address, and then try connecting again.

Also, when I want to remotely connected to my workstation in Oakville, and
the dowpdown list appears. I don't have the option of selecting any computers
in Oakville. I'm only able to select computers in Toronto site. Please
advise. Thanks!
