Is there a way to run Remote desktop (or a similar, free
program) between an XP Pro system and a 98 SE system?
The home PC is XP Pro, remote "connector" would be the 98
SE. I've heard for Remote Desktop to run they both need
to be XP. Wondering if there's a workaround.

Thanks!

Richard

Richard,

You can use the Remote Desktop Client [download from Microsoft site] and
install it in Win98 PC. Type the IP address of the XP PC and login to XP PC.
*Remote Assistance* is different from *Remote Desktop*. RA requires XP in
two PCs.

Alternately, use VNC software.
