Remote Assitance

Hi, I am having issues with Windows Vista Remote Assistance. I can't connect
to a Windows Vista, to a Windows Vista computer. All it says is that it
can't connect to the other pc because the user has closed the Remote
assitance window, which is not true. Also, when the person tries to connect
to my pc, he gets the error too.

What can I do? I have set both pc's firewalls to allow Remote asistance,
and also set both computers to allow remote assistance, but I just don't know
what else to do.

You may wish to try to offer assistence through MSN Messenger to simplify
things. Seems to work a little better.
