Remote Assistance

I'm Confused, I went to COMMUNITY NEWSGROUPS, then to
REMOTE ASSISTANCE,(RA) to seek assistance with MSN and
Windows messanger REMOTE ASSISTANCE (RA)issues. What I
find here is discussions about many other subjects. Not
much on REMOTE ASSISTANCE (RA). Is this newsgroup
dedicated to RA? Or, is it a general newsgroup? If so,
where can I go to discuss RA ssues?
