Remote Assistance

Hi

Does anyone know how to initiate remote assistnace fron
an intranet. I cannot put a hyperlink directly to the
rcimlby.exe file.

Hi,

What hyperlink do you want to add to the rcimlby.exe file? Please provide
more inputs.

1. Click Start -> Run
2. Type "%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\rcimlby.exe -LaunchRA" and click OK
3. This brings up the "Help and Support" page with the Remote Assistance
window.

Or am I mistaken and the "offer remote assistance" isn't the mechanism you
