Remote Assistance

I have just upgraded from W2K to XP. i am trying to open a remote assistance file, but XP does not know what program to open it with. I had PC anywhere installed previously, but have since uninstalled it.

Is the problem related to PCAnyhwere or is it a simple file association issue? What program do I use to open MSRCINCIDENT files

Look at this Google search thread... apparently some email programs rename the Remote Assistance
"rcBuddy.MsRcIncident" file and append a version number at the end of the file extension. The number
appended to the file extension "MsRcIncident" is the problem. Note that Outlook 2003, which I use on
my desktop does not do that. My guess is that Outlook Express also does not do that..
