Dan

I use Remote Assistance a lot. I am tired of having to
click on Help, then Tools, then Offer Remote Assistance.
Anyone know how I can make a shortcut on my Desktop to
go directly to the Offer Remote Assistance page?

Thanks in advance,
Dan

Hi Dan,

If you click Start - All Programs you should have an icon for Remote
Assistance in their. You can click on it and hold the click and then drag
it to your desktop to create a desktop shortcut.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
