Dear all,

I would like to help my users inside my company by using
remote assistance.
What should I do to avoid the acknowlege of my remote user
for connection ?

thanks for your answer
regards
serge

There currently is no workaround this issue.. The remote user must
acknowledge your connection.

Yep...The Novice must acknowledge the invitation response from the Expert...and also allow control
of the desktop...It is a security precaution...

Yep.. There is a Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing service...

However, I would think a VNC solution (like UltraVNC -
ultravnc.sourceforge.net) would probably be a better and more
optimized solution...
