Remote Assistance

Does anyone know how to make it work in an embedded image?
I have include everything for help and support but it still tells me when
the image has booted that the user cant access this feature

I have it working although I don't know where exactly you are at.
I have:

add remote assistance automation framework
software\System\Management\Applications.
add remote assistance channel
software\System\Management\Applications.
Under the systems control panel and remote tab have clicked the allow
remote assistance.
I have made a remote assistance file instance and copied it to another
xp machine.
