I need help using remote assistance. I set up both an Outlook Express and
Windows Messenger account and both work fine. I am, however, having
difficulty using remote assistance. I have been able to send out requests but
all of them (after being accepted) say the "remote host name cannot be
resolved". What does this mean? My colleague and I both have Windows XP (they
have Home Edition, and I--Professional); is this a problem? Also, I am NOT
connected to a network, but through the internet. Anyway, please help me with
this.

The "internet" is a "network".
