Remote Assistance

I am running Windows Messenger 5.1 on a Win 2000 computer. I do not have an
option for remote assistance. Is there a way to enable this feature in Win
2000?

No, it's an XP and Server 2003 facility.

Netmeeting offers some similar functionality, a popular route would be to
look at WinVNC or similar
