Remote Assistance

I invite an X computer using window messenger is workable. But when X
computer invite me, I accept the invitation, then no message in X computer,
the line is lost. We have opened the firewall but the result is the same, I
cannot log into X computer.

Please kindly advise.

What lies between you and X computer?
Cable Modem/DSL routers of any kind?

My computer and the X computer both are using broadband provided by the same
network provider.

I have checked most of the setting, we are in the same setting. The only
difference I have noticed is I am using Engish window but X Computer is
Chinese window.

Since X can log into my PC, I don't know why X not allow me to log into it.
X has the ability to invite me, but after I accept the invitation, then it
block me to log into it.
