My daughter has 'contracted something' on her computer and it is behaving
very badly. She is very ignorant about what is on her computer. If I help
her through Remote Assistance, is my computer vulnerable to whatever ails her
computer--can a virus, worm, trojan, etc. be spread this way?

no you can not get anything from a computer just using remote assestence.
If however you use the file transfer between them then it is possable.
but just the remote control there sould be no chance of infection.

Thanks. I will breath easier.

I trust you will also *breathe* more *easily*.
