Hello....I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, but I'm
going to give it a try.

Under Remote Assistance, is there a way for me to configure Group Policy to
automatically let me Remote Conrol a user's workstation without their
intervention?

Under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Remote
Assistance >

"Offer Remote Assistance" is enabled and I have enter the user/user groups
to remotely control the computer, but no other settings to let me conrol
without user intervention.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Buggin`

Hi,

Have you looked into Remote Desktop? Remote Assistance was designed (I
think) to be requested by the User so I think you need them to accept
the assistance. You could always make sure you are running the Windows
XP SP2 group policies to be sure there aren’t additional settings.

Cheers,
Lara
