Remote assistance XP only?

Is remote assistance available between XP systems only?
I have a lot of Win2k clients, but haven't seen a
downloadable or anything for those.

Remote Assistance is available between XP *Pro* systems only.

You're thinking of remote desktop, and even that is only partially correct.
You can only connect to a pro box but you can connect from other os's.
