Remote assistance update?

Hello annybody. Trying to help my kids who are livving
1500 km away. I gave them a top of the line maskin with
XPP, updatet with all patche's and packs. Installed
messenger 6.0 everything is Norwegian. Messenger works bud
when the invite me to help it stops at there end with the
message that the have to install the latest version of
remote assistance. We reinstalled messenger with fresh
downloads bud nothing works. Any suggestions please.

Its not a norwegian problem, getting the same thing here
with their newest build. Must be their problem. I Remote
assist a lot of ppl but anyone who has the newest build
of 6.0 it gives them the same error msg when they try to
request remote assistance from me. We may just have to
wait for Microsoft to acknowledge and fix the problem.
