I'm at a wits end to find out why the heck Remote Assistance doesn't even
launch. Ive checked all the help tips/forums I can find with no results. It's
enabled in the registry, the control services, etc. All the files...to make
the program launch (I think) are all on my PC. It just simply doesn't launch.
helpctr.exe starts as a process, but then terminates after about 6 seconds.
Any help or suggestions short of re-installing XP would be appreciated
