When someone sends a Remote Assistance Invitation file
(rcBuddy.MsRcIncident) it no longer works, just get "The password you
entered is incorrect. Please try again".
Used to work fine, can still connect with pcA, but one person who needs help
does not have pcA.
Tried turning off all software firewalls on both ends.
Tried some obvious stuff (caps lock, very simple passwords, leaving login
dialog open for a while before attempting to connect, repeated attempts).
I do have a gateway / router, but it never caused problems in the past.
All users on both ends on cable modems and all have XP Pro.
Running sfc /scannow doesn't fix.
Any help?
