remote assistance needed!!

i may sound like a right spanner, but my microsoft outlook does not work. i
cant send or recieve emails on it.

have tried everything but as im not v good with pcs prehaps someone has any
ideas for me????

Get a free account (like softhome.net) and follow their directions - to the
letter - on setting up an account in Outlook.
Come back and tell us exactly what you did and what happened..

(It will work for later versions of Outlook with a little logic applied..)
 
You may want to test by also adding a new email account from Yahoo and
Hotmail.com for Outlook Express.
