remote assistance in network

hello,,,,im pretty new to remote assistance,,, i have a 5 computer network in an office and would like to connect to them directly with remote assistance,,,i can't e-mail 5 different pc's cause theres only 1 company e-mail,,what i want is for ppl at the office to tell me about there pc problem and me from the same office connect to theres and fix the problem.... so basicly from the same office i wanna romote assist other pc's in the office...thanks
 
Well - if you add a server, running a server OS--i.e. Windows Server 2003,
for example, and create a domain, and join these machines to the domain, and
you are an administrator of the domain....you can do that.
(and all that is actually easier than it sounds.)

Rather than using email, I'd recommend that you set up a shared drive--maybe
on your machine. Tell your users to use the option to save the invitation
as a file, and save it on the shared drive. Then you just double-click on
it.
You can use passwords on the remote assistance invitations, or other
security settings on the shared drive.

You might also want to experiment with Remote Desktop. This takes over the
other machine completely, but for some fixes, that may be fine.
