Having not used this feature before, I would like to ask a couple of
questions. Is it possible for a party who uses dial-up to get assistance
from someone using DSL? Are there any references on the MSN sites on how to
use this function? I think a feature like this will be very helpful for me
to try to diagnose and/or fix problems with family members computers but if
they can't "talk" to me or vice versa there's no point.

Hi Joshua,

Yes, it can work, although slowly. Read:

Thanks Rick. I need to get my parents PC up to snuff. Mine is running
tickety-boo but I've got all the SP's and updates and they probably don't
since they're on a 56k modem and it's very slow to download them. We both
have basically the same computer except that my clock is a 2.5 and their's
is a 2.0
