Just helped a friend of mine 2 hours away with Rem Assistance and it was
great.
Just wondered though, is there a way I can drag a file from say her
desktop, to my desktop or do I always have to have her choose Send File?
If it is possible to drag and drop, then I could in effect, just grab a
directory from her PC and not send one file at a time.
Ideas anyone...?

When you are using Remote Desktop
you can mount your HDD, FDD & CD
oh client computer as a network drives
Thats an option

You cannot drag and drop files through remote assistance. Just imagine
someone is giving you assitance and he copies all your files. What 'Jaros'
says is throught remote desktop and not remote assistance, these are two
different things.

To mount the drives just go to your windows explorer,
tools, map network drive and just find your drive
there... thats all... thats the way to map a drive.. if
thats what you are wondering about.
