Remote assistance connection could not be established

Hi everybody,

Im trying to connect to another pc on my network and I got this message.
Remote assistance connection could not be established because the invitation
has either expired or was canceled.
The user does have any pop ups.

I modified one of the reg keys that I found in the microsoft knowledge base,
rebooted and still does not work.
