Experts,

On my Windows XP Professional SP2 machine, Remote Desktop works great but
Remote Assistance does not. I have enabled the checkboxes for both under
the Exceptions tab in the Windows Firewall. I get an error message when I
try to start Remote Assistance from the "helper's" computer (another XP SP2
computer coming from over the Internet) for the following.

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the public
key provided in this connection request did not match."

Why is it that Remote Desktop works but Remote Assistance does not?? Why
would Remote Assistance care about a public key?
