Remote Assistance - access is denied

When is accept the invitation I get an error
message..windows\sytem32\config\systemprofile\desktop is not accessible..
access is denied. I have disabled the firewall but this doesn't help. What
so I need to do??
 
leftclick START, then search workplace on the right column, rightclick on
workplace, select preferences, click tab REMOTE.
check if remotesupport has a checkmark.
if remotesupport is not allowed with this checkmark, then remoteassistance
ends with your message.
