Whenever I try to Offer Remote Assistance to a user, I
get a message on my end (expert side) saying "(Remote
Assistance -- Web Page Dialog) Access to the requested
resource has been disabled by your administrator"
I have setup a Group Policy on my Win 2003 domain with
Solicited remote assistance and Offer Remote Assistance
enabled, and chosen my domain\username as a helper. I've
read Articles 308013 & 301527 and tried everything they
said with no luck using the group policies. Both PC's are running Win XP Pro/SP1.
However, if I Turn these on in the Group Policy editor on the PC's locally, it works. Just not if I use the Domain Group policy. What am I doing wrong?
Any Help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
