Remote Assisance

Dear Everyone,

When ever I offer for remote assistance , I get an error
message saying, "Access to the requested source has been
disabled by your administrator". If anybody knows how to
tell my administrator to give me privliges, I would like
that.

in order for remote asistance to work...you must be on
exchange server...which most people do not have...dont
even bother....
 
Not true... Remote Assistance can be used with any type of system...

It sounds like Remote Assistance has been disabled via group policy by
your domain administrator... Check with your IT department...
