Any plans in the MSN future to make a Remote assistance program that has a
higher successful connection ratio that 1 out of every 20 uses?

Greetings,

The real issue here is the fact that in order to make Remote Assistance work from behind a
router or NAT situation, it needs to support Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). This is the
primary connectivity issue people have.

If you are using Unplug n' Pray to turn off UPnP, you can enable UPnP
when you want to run Messenger (or Windows Media Connect) and then turn
it off again when you're done.
