How can I log on to the desktop of a specific computer of
the same domain without log off the person that using
that computer (That means to people can use it at the
same time)?

you can do it only on windows 2000/2003 server

or you can use one of 3rd party programs to use this
function on XP
 
U can use Terminal Services only for management, otherwise must pay licenses
!
