I have a DSL router in my home and I use Verizon's
network to access the internet. If I am on my company's
intranet is there a way to remote admin to my machine at
home?

You can. You have to have port forwarding set up on a
router before your home pc. You also have to have a
proxy set up at work so that you can get out of the
company network. Set up terminal services with the proxy
info and if you have the port forwarding info set up in
your router correctly, you can directly connect to your
pc. You will connect to the ip of your router and when
it receives a request on the port that terminal services
uses, it will forward it on to your home machine.

You need to post quite a bit more information to get an informed
response.

In short, yes...

Post back w/:

Router Manufacturer/Product Info (every router is different in setup).
Dynamic or Static IP Address?
Does your ISP block ports?
Does your work network block internet access/use a proxy server?

I use a D-Link model 707, 7port router which is
configured dynamically. Verizon DSL is my internet
service provider and we do not use a proxy server at work.

thanks, sorry it has taken a while to get back to this I
have been getting hammered at work
