I am moving and have a home based business in Atlanta. I will need to access
files on the computers that will remain in Atlanta, while I'm living in Key
West. I have no idea where to begin. Is remote Desktop the way to go?
Should I try to set something else up?

If you just want to have access to files then a Secure Shell (SSH)
connection may work better for you. The connection will be totally
encrypted, safe and secure. Use a strong password or better yet a
private/public key pair protected by a strong password...

WinSCP, a free SSH FTP (SFTP) program...

Otherwise see this page for help with Remote Desktop...
