What do I have to type in the address bar to access my Desktop at work
through Remote Access?

Work has a Router and home a Dial up

You type the public IP of the work router, ie the IP assigned by the ISP. This presumes of course
that the router has TCP Port 3389 forwarded to the private LAN IP of your work desktop. This also
presumes your talking about using XP Pro Remote Desktop and that Remote Desktop has been enabled on
the work PC.
