Hello,

We are in the process of outsourcing some work to another state and
will need to share info. We will be setting up new servers w/ Terminal
Services, etc. soon but need to give them access ASAP. We can set up
using RDC but then the users on both ends can not see the screen. We
also have RealVNC but it's slow. Is there a happy medium we can
implement as a short term solution? Maybe a third party add-on to RDC
to allow shared viewing or a faster VNC option.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
B

You can use Remote Assistance under help - which uses RDP. Works from XP.
I don't know if it works from a Terminal Server session.

many people say that program called Radmin is way faster than RealVNC. I
haven't tested that yet because the only product I use is LogMeIn(.com)

They have the worst support when it comes to upgrades. They have left
many people including myself without an upgrade path even though I
just purchased it in November 2006. They had a 30 day download and
for those that installed it from the start they are now unable to get
the upgrade until April 5th which I don't believe since they promised
dates previously. There software is good except they don't address
disconnects due to network issues. But they have the absolute worst
upgrade support I have ever seen!
