I am having getting to websites once I sign on to AOL,
plus, AOL gives me a message that it has detected a
problem with my internet coonnection and that I should
close AOL and restart my computer to fix the problem.
This does not work. I called thier tech support and he
decided that the problem was that the "remote access
conection manager" and the "remote access auto conection
manager" are both listed as "stopped" and that they need
to be started. However when I try to do that windows
tells me that it cannot start them and that access is
denied.
