remote access and ability to use host

Have a PC for home use with multiple users set up running
XP PRO. If I connect remotely using XP remote access, it
locks the HOST. Is there anyway or any software
(reasonably priced) where
I can connect remotely and not lock the host so that
other family memebers can logon with their userid during
my remote session?

VNC ( Vitrual Network Computing ) There are many flavors. Many recommend
TinyVNC. Searcg Google.

Don't use remote destop.. you have with XP Pro built-in
for for Terminal Services.. Which is faster and more
relable.
