I am trying to set reminders for the tasks for people in my company. The
reminders are only popping up on my computer. What am i doing wrong or can I
remind other people using Business Contact Manager?

I don't think you can assign reminders on BCM items to someone else,
nor can you do it with Outlook items.

As an alternative, you can create a Calendar item with a reminder,
email that item to someone, and they can add it to their Calendar.
