reminders

Hi Group,
I've never used outlook, but I want to use the "calendar" feature. I want it
to set it to remind me about an event 3 days from now. I want it to remind
me of the event every 4 hours starting now. Is there any way I can make this
happen with outlook closed? My alternative would be to buy a piece of
reminder software. I would appreciate any ideas you may have.

Create your event and set its reminder to three days.
I want it to remind me of the event every 4 hours starting now.

Snooze the reminder when it appears.

There are scads of freeware reminder tools and calendars available on the
