Reminders

I need to setup a recurring meeting for the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every
month. I know how to do that part. I want the reminder to go out a week
before the meeting. Is this possible in Outlook? If so, how? Thank you!
 
I think you'd just set the reminder in the item(s) in question to one week
and it should do what you want.
