This may be a very simple answer.

When one is given permission to another's calendar (ie an
assistant to their boss), can reminders pop-up in both
locations or only the originating calendar?

Thanks

Reminder Manager will handle reminders from other mailboxes including
calendar item reminders if the mailbox is opened as part of the user's
profile and not by using File, Open, Other Users Folder. Not enough
information that way.

To be able to add reminders on the other mailbox or change them sufficient
permissions on that folder must be available of course.

Ah, thanks for that, Ken.

| || No. Outlook fires reminders only for the default calendar unless
|| you're using the tool from http://www.slovaktech.com. I don't know
|| if it handles other users' calendars, though.
