Hi,
I have a question regarding Outlook Calendars. My old PST had run out of
space and hence, I created a new PST and set mail delivery to the new PST.
In order to drag in my meetings from the old PST, I copied the Calendar
folder from my old PST to my news PST. However, the reminders for the old
meetings do not pop up.

I am using Outlook 2003. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Madz

Are the appointments in the Calendar folder or a folder of a different name?

Copying the Calendar folder itself doesn't work. You have to open the old
Calendar folder, switch to a list view, like By Category, select all the
entries with CTRL-A and copy them to the new default Calendar folder, either
by right-clicking and dragging the selection or by using Edit>Copy to
Folder. The reminders won't pop up unless the items are in the default
Calendar (at least not without using a third-party tool).

Thanks a lot Brian! It started working after I copy-pasted the meetings the
way you had described!

Regards
Madz
