Reminders not showing on top of open windows

Greetings -

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 and have applied all updates. Since
upgrading, all calendar reminders fail to pop-up on top of all other windows.
They do work, as I can see that they've opened down on the task bar.

Based on suggestions from a different forum, I've tried:
- Detect and Repair
- Using switches: /cleanreminders and /resetfolders

Any other suggestions?

Do you have Plaxo installed? That has been known to produce this behavior.
