Reminders In Outlook 2003

When marking a reminder complete in outlook it takes almost 2 minutes
to for the completed reminder to be removed from the reminder list.
Anyone have any ideas of why its doing this?
 
What type of email environment are you in? Exchange, POP3? Home or business
user?
 
Were run Exchange 2003 SP2 environment. PC having problems is Windows
XP Pro SP2.
