reminders error

Like other posts regarding the error message involving the reminders being
unable to appear due to a reoccuring event mishap, I have been unsuccessful
in fixng the situation. I have tried the outlook /cleanreminders &
/resetfolders switches but neither have fixed the problem. Are there any
other simple solution possibilities?

Are you asking if I have a new profile OR if I should try to create a new
mail profile in order to fix the problem?
