Hi,
whenever I set a reminder for a meeting or a task, if I don't delete it
(even if the meeting was, e.g., yesterday) the reminder pop-up window
will come up when I open Outlook (I am NOT saying that my reminders are
broken, this is only a question on Outlook behaviour).
So, the question is: when I go to a meeting, am I supposed to delete the
related reminder?

Thanks

Dismissing the reminder in the pop-up window is all have to do. If you
continue to get the reminder for said meeting after dismissing it, then you
have a problem. Easiest way to delete/rebuild reminders is to start Outlook
1 time with the /cleanreminders command line switch.

Maybe it shows up because I do not dismiss it, but I close the window
instead. So, the correct way to deal with reminders is to dismiss the
reminder?

Correct, you need to click the dismiss button or they will keep coming up.
